La Torre Farms is a 3rd generation, family-owned agricultural growers that have been in business for about 60 years. Our specialty is olives - table olives and olive oil, and oranges - Cara Cara, Washington, and Atwood varieties. Our ranch is located in the historic "California Ripe Olive" of Lindsay, CA area.
Values
Our Ascolano Olive trees are over 100 years old. We strive to keep our trees healthy and in top shape to produce delicious artisanal olive oil. Through pruning and organic spraying, we hope for these trees to continue to bring "History in a Bottle" with their delicious fruit.
Goals
Our goal here at La Torre Farms is to establish ourselves as a small batch producer of estate grown extra virgin olive oil. We continue to showcase our olive oil in competitions, fairs, and kitchens where its fruit forward attributes make ideal healthy flavor enhancers that pair beautifully with your favorite meals.
